  • Principal Leadership Program

    Jesuit South Zone Province had organized the Ignatian Leadership Programme (ILP) for the Lay -Principal along with the Jesuits from 14th to 18th October 2021. Rev Fr Maria Arul Raja SJ was the Convener for the Programme. The Programme was held at Dhyana Ashram, Chennai. It was a nice experience to be with the representatives from Andhra, Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala and Madurai. A session on the sensitivity of being a person was organized, with a Group discussion, Leadership Attributes, examination of consciousness. We learned how to work with ongoing changes in society.
