Sports Club – The Fitness Freaks

Sports club is one of the most sought after club among students for it is filled with ample opportunities to showcase aggressive talents of our young & talented josephites. The following have been our programmes & participations for the year 2014-15

• On 24th Aug. 2014 Volleyball selection was conducted by our Staff Mr.Praveen Kumar & Mr.Somashekara.
• Our College Football team has participated In the Football Tournament – DIMENSIONS conducted by SRI Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir East Bangalore on 5th & 6th Sept 2014 and won the 3rd Place.
• Our College Cricket team participated in a Tri-Series Cricket match on 21st Oct.held at Reva Ground, Sarjapur and emerged as Runners up.
• On 26th October we have conducted Inter-Class Cricket match at St.Joseph’s Commerce College grounds, Throw ball match for Girls at St.Joseph’s PU College.
• Our College Football team has participated Football tournament held at Christ College on 30th Oct.2014.
• College Sports day was held on 8th & 9th of Nov.2014 Mrs.Jayanthi Palaniswamy an Arjuna Awardee, International Kabaddi player has inaugurated the Annual Athletic meet.
