Principals training programme

Principal's Leadership Training Programme Mr Victor Antony N, attended a training programme from 16th November 2022 to 19th November 2022 at Dhyana Asharam, Chennai. The programme was organized by JEASA. The programme gave us information on school management, Jesuit history, achievement of the Jesuits, staff recruitment, core values of the Jesuit education, IPP, networking and collaboration, impact of NEP, accounting and tax filing, POCSCO, sensitivity of the present situation. I would like to thank our Director Rev. Fr Roshan David Pereira SJ for the opportunity. My sincere thanks to the LEAP team for planning such a wonderful recharge programme for all the principals of secondary education south zone.
