    A motivational program featuring Mr. Babar Ali, widely recognized as the "Youngest headmaster in the world", was organized by the college on September 10, 2025. The event aimed to inspire students through the extraordinary life story of Mr. Babar Ali, a young changemaker from Murshidabad, West Bengal, who began teaching at the age of nine and was declared the youngest headmaster in the world by the BBC at the age of sixteen. Mr. Babar Ali took the stage and delivered a deeply motivational talk on the importance of education, the power of youth, and how one person can create a lasting impact on society. He shared his personal journey of attending school in the mornings and teaching underprivileged children in the afternoons, often without basic resources or infrastructure. He emphasized that education is not just a privilege but a responsibility for every individual. He stressed values such as compassion, self-discipline, and community service, and encouraged students to use their opportunities to uplift others. Mr. Babar Ali is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, and his inspiring life story has been included in the Grade 10 and PUC English textbooks of the Government of Karnataka, making him a part of the academic curriculum and a role model for young learners across the state. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where students asked questions on social change, educational reform, and ongoing initiatives.
