The first Parent–Teacher Interface (PTI) of the academic year was organised on Thursday, 20 August 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Loyola Hall. The initiative brought together the college leadership, faculty members, students and parents in a constructive forum aimed at strengthening communication, academic guidance and the shared responsibility for students’ educational progress. The programme began with a solemn prayer led by the teachers, setting a reflective and purposeful tone for the evening. Following the prayer, the session moved into an orientation on the college’s rules, regulations and academic expectations. Parents and students were briefed on important academic practices, discipline, responsibilities and the guidelines to be followed within the institution. Particular emphasis was placed on academic preparedness for the upcoming examinations. The session highlighted the importance of systematic preparation, regular study, effective time management and consistent academic engagement. The guidance was intended to help students approach the forthcoming examinations with greater clarity, discipline and confidence. Following the common session in Loyola Hall, students and parents were directed to their respective classrooms for individual interaction with the faculty. This phase provided an opportunity for teachers to discuss students’ academic progress, areas requiring attention, examination preparedness and other relevant concerns. Parents were also able to communicate directly with teachers, seek guidance and gain a clearer understanding of their ward’s academic development.
