Faculty Development Programme

The Faculty Development Programme was conducted on 22 May 2026, with the aim of enhancing competencies, teaching skills and overall development of the faculty member. The session was led by Fr. Lumnesh Swaroop Kumar SJ, with the theme “The Privilege and Responsibility of Shaping Lives”. The resource person shared valuable insights, strategies which encouraged the faculties to adopt new approaches in their teaching practice. The newly appointed staff were welcomed at this programme, the Director welcomed the gathering and introduced to the speaker. Mr. Balaswamy delivered the vote of thanks and Dr. Govindaraju compared the programme.
